Available coupon types and their usage
Pearls accumulated through community engagement and promotional events can be exchanged for trading coupons in the Pearl Store, available for use on Coinness Exchange.
Types of coupons
Coupons purchased from the Pearl Store can be viewed and used under [My Coupons].
1. USDT Bonus Coupon
• The coupon amount will be credited in USDT to your Futures Wallet.
• Bonuses obtained through coupons are used after your own equity is depleted.
⚠️ Note All bonus funds will be forfeited if you transfer assets from your Futures Wallet to your Funding Wallet. Be cautious when making transfers.

2. VIP experience coupons
• Grants temporary access to VIP Level 1.
• Offers reduced Maker/Taker fees.
• Becomes effective starting 00:00 UTC on the day after redemption.
3. XP Coupon
• Increases your Community XP and helps you level up your Coinness Community tier.
• Can be redeemed multiple times with no limit.
How to Purchase Coupons and Exchange NESS
1. Log in to the exchange using the PC web or mobile app.
2. Click [Reward Zone].
3. Click the [Visit the pearl store].
4-1. Purchase Coupons: On the [Pearl Store] page, click the [Redeem] button next to the coupon you wish to purchase.
4-2. Exchange for NESS: To convert Pearl into NESS, click the [Convert to NESS] button.
5. In the pop-up window, enter the amount of Pearl you’d like to exchange and then click [Redeem] to complete the process.
How to use purchased coupons
1. Log in to the exchange using either the PC web or the mobile app.
2. Go to [Profile] dropdown > [My Coupons].
3. Click [Use] button next to the coupon you wish to use.
⚠️Note • All coupons are valid for 30 days. • Only coupons of different types can be used together. • XP coupons can be used without any limitations. • NESS exchanges are limited to once per day, with a maximum of 1,000 Pearls per exchange.
