Bitcoin exchange reserves reach three-year low, indicating reduced selling pressure
June 19, 2024, 10:36 PM
The Bitcoin exchange reserve, which represents the total amount of Bitcoin available on exchanges, has dropped to a three-year low as of June 19, according to Cointelegraph. Analytics from CryptoQuant have revealed that there are currently 2,825,703 Bitcoins left on exchanges. In January, the Bitcoin exchange balance was around 3,039,000. These low exchange reserves suggest reduced selling pressure and potential supply shocks due to the relatively limited supply available for purchase.
