QED, a Bitcoin scaling protocol that focuses on zero-knowledge proof verification technology, has obtained $6 million in seed funding exclusively from Blockchain Capital, according to The Block. Founder Carter Feldman mentioned that QED initiated the funding round in March and concluded it in April. The round utilized a simple agreement for future equity (SAFE) plus token warrants, resulting in QED's valuation reaching at least $100 million, though Feldman did not disclose the exact amount. This seed round brings QED's total funding to $10.6 million. Previously, QED raised $3.25 million in pre-seed funding from investors including Arrington Capital, StarkWare and Draper Dragon, and $1.35 million in an angel round from Sparkle Ventures and others, supported by Animoca Brands.
