Musk acknowledged the merits of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies but emphasized that he does not promote any crypto. He admitted a fondness for Dogecoin due to his love of dogs and memes but insisted any promotion would be in jest. He also warned that videos showing him endorsing crypto are likely deepfakes. Despite not tweeting about Dogecoin recently, Musk's companies Tesla and SpaceX still accept DOGE for merchandise, and he plans to proceed with the DOGE-1 Moon mission.
