Solana Optimistic Network's devnet goes live for public testing

Solana Optimistic Network (SOON), a layer-2 scaling solution for the Solana blockchain, announced via X that its SOON Devnet is now live for public testing. With the SOON Bridge UI, developers and users can now deposit and withdraw funds on the devnet.
