Microsoft shareholders to vote on Bitcoin investment proposal

According to crypto analyst MacroScope on X, Microsoft has revealed in a recent SEC filing that a proposal to assess investing in Bitcoin will be on the agenda for the company’s shareholder meeting on Dec. 10. The filing notes that while the proposal is up for a vote, Microsoft’s Board of Directors has recommended voting against it. The decision on whether the tech giant should consider Bitcoin as an investment asset now rests with shareholders.
