JP Morgan Chase, R3 and WeBank join HKMA's Project Ensemble for asset tokenization

JP Morgan Chase, R3 and WeBank have joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s (HKMA) asset tokenization initiative, known as Project Ensemble, according to the agency’s official website. As reported by Odaily, the current members of the project include the HKMA, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and seven private institutions such as Bank of China Hong Kong, HSBC and Standard Chartered Hong Kong.
