Cardano founder: Engaging with U.S. lawmakers to shape crypto regulation

Charles Hoskinson, the founder of the blockchain and smart contract platform Cardano, provided an update on his efforts to drive a comprehensive crypto regulatory framework in the U.S., The Crypto Basic reported. During an “ask me anything” (AMA) session on Nov. 17, he shared that discussions with U.S. lawmakers have gained momentum, with meetings focused on developing practical industry guidelines. Hoskinson also revealed that he has been in talks with Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and has reached out to Hedera co-founder Leemon Baird, believing that collaboration with industry leaders is key to achieving regulatory clarity.
