The artist, "PhillipBankss," stated he opposes the use of his art for crypto-related projects and plans to pursue takedowns of unauthorized merchandise and tokens. Community reactions were mixed, with some questioning the feasibility of legal action against decentralized tokens. The token, which peaked at a $580 million market cap on Nov. 15, now trades at $0.40 with a $400 million valuation.
