Binance Exchange founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) reposted on X a clip of Fox Business broadcast claiming the U.S. SEC may drop its lawsuit against Ripple (XRP), asserting that Ripple is a commodity under Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) jurisdiction, not a security.
