Base Network surpasses 10M transactions in a single day

Base Network recorded 11.447 million transactions on Nov. 26, Wu Blockchain reported on X, citing BscScan data. This marks the first time the network has surpassed 10 million transactions in a single day, outpacing the total transactions of all other layer-2 networks on that day. According to the post, the surge is attributed to the rising popularity of Base-based token issuance platforms, Clanker and Virtuals Protocol.
