Crypto.com acquires Abu Dhabi securities firm

Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange platform Crypto.com has announced the acquisition of Orion Principals Limited, a securities firm licensed by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), according to a report by The Paypers. Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek said that the acquisition will provide users with a comprehensive platform for a wide range of financial investment services. Marszalek added that the company will soon be offering additional financial products such as securities, options, futures and contract-for-difference trading to eligible users.
