Ethena to launch new stablecoin USDtb

Stablecoin USDe issuer Ethena (ENA) announced on X that it will launch a new stablecoin, USDtb, on Dec. 16. USDtb will support swaps with Ethena’s existing synthetic dollar stablecoin, USDe, and allocate over 90% of its reserves to BlackRock’s tokenized fund, BUIDL.
