Galaxy Digital CEO: Bitcoin market cap could surpass gold in 5-8 years

Mike Novogratz, CEO of cryptocurrency-specialized financial services company Galaxy Digital, outlined on X that Bitcoin will surpass gold in market cap in the next 5-8 years. As of earlier this week, Bitcoin's market cap reached 14% of gold's. Gold and Bitcoin are currently worth $17.8 trillion and $2.13 trillion, respectively.
