Japan's Metaplanet to issue 5B yen in bonds to accelerate BTC accumulation

Metaplanet, a publicly listed Japanese company that holds Bitcoin (BTC) as a primary asset, shared on X that the firm intends to issue 5 billion yen ($32 million) in corporate bonds to speed up its BTC purchases.
