December 23, 2024, 7:47 PM
An Interpol red notice has been issued for Richard Heart, the founder of cryptocurrency project HEX, according to Decrypt. Interpol explained that the red notice has been issued at the request of law enforcement agencies around the world. A red notice is a request and is not an international arrest warrant. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) previously charged Heart with securities fraud and the sale of unregistered securities after investigating that he misused investor funds by purchasing luxury watches, cars and diamonds.
