Former Polychain Capital Partner: ICO revival in 2025

In an opinion piece published by CoinDesk, former Polychain Capital Partner Ryan Zurrer predicted that initial coin offerings (ICOs) will see a revival next year. He added that the killer use case for cryptocurrencies was originally decentralized capital formation. With next year’s regulatory overhaul in the U.S. and the global easing of crypto hostility, such conditions could usher in a new era for ICOs. Zurrer pointed out that today’s crypto industry features user-centric applications, and the community has the ability to point out flaws in projects and root out bad actors with much more rigor than government regulation.
