JPMorgan CEO skeptical of Bitcoin despite broader institutional acceptance

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon stated in a CBS interview that he remains unconvinced about Bitcoin, despite its increasing institutional adoption, according to U.today. He criticized the cryptocurrency for lacking intrinsic value and being widely used for criminal activities, including money laundering. A longtime Bitcoin skeptic, Dimon has consistently opposed it, calling it a fraud in 2017 and threatening to fire any JPMorgan trader involved with it. Last year, he advised against engaging with Bitcoin altogether.
