BlackRock’s Head of Digital Assets: Bitcoin adoption about to take off

BlackRock’s Head of Digital Assets Robert Mitchnick told Bloomberg in an interview that Bitcoin adoption is just starting to gain traction, and that institutional investors have not yet fully entered the market. He added that BlackRock will continue its strategy of informing clients about the value of investing in Bitcoin through its spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). Going forward the company will focus on providing institutional investors and asset managers with the necessary materials and education relative to Bitcoin to encourage their participation in the market.
