OverProtocol founder: OVER market cap stands at just $9M

Ben (Jae-Yun) Kim, founder of the layer-1 blockchain project OverProtocol (OVER), said on X that while OVER has a total supply of 1 billion tokens, only 19.7% is in circulation. At a price of $0.045 per token, its market cap stands at just $9 million, which he described as remarkably low for a layer-1 blockchain.
