Metaplanet to raise $27M through bonds for Bitcoin acquisition

Metaplanet, a Japan-listed company that holds Bitcoin as a key asset, announced on its official X account that it will issue ¥4 billion (about $27 million) in ordinary bonds to acquire more BTC.
