Bitcoin faces potential dip before rebound amid CPI-driven volatility

Glassnode co-founders Yann Allemann and Jan Happel, through their X account Negentropic, anticipate increased market volatility with the release of the U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI) report. They expect inflation data to come in higher, but any unexpected figures could disrupt the market. Bitcoin is currently holding around $95,000 but may briefly drop to the $92,000–$94,000 range as liquidity is absorbed. If this scenario unfolds, a bullish reversal could push BTC back to the critical $97,000–$98,500 zone, a key level to reclaim before targeting $100,000.
