Central African Republic president denies deepfake, reaffirms blockchain commitment

President Faustin-Archange Touadéra said on X that the memecoin CAR is the official coin of the Central African Republic. He stated that his account was not hacked and previous videos weren’t deepfakes. He reaffirmed his commitment to innovation, blockchain and the development of CAR.
