Bitwise donates $100K to Ethereum development

Bitwise announced on X a $100,000 donation to support Ethereum open-source developers, fulfilling its commitment to allocate 10% of gross profits from its Ethereum ETF (ETHW) to the ecosystem annually. The funds will be split between Protocol Guild and PBS Foundation, which focus on Ethereum protocol research and open-source infrastructure development. This marks the first donation since ETHW launched in July 2024.
