Zora plans to issue its own token

NFT marketplace Zora has announced that it plans to launch its own token, ZORA, on the Base network, The Block reported. The official airdrop is scheduled for this spring. The total token supply will be 10 billion. The project explained that the token is intended “for fun only” and does not provide any governance claims to holders.
