Arda raises $3M in pre-seed funding led by Lightspeed Capital

Oli Harris, former head of digital assets strategy at JPMorgan, has launched Arda, a blockchain-based real estate platform, after securing $3 million in pre-seed funding from Lightshift Capital. According to Fortune Crypto, Arda aims to digitize and streamline property ownership by providing an immutable record of real estate data, reducing due diligence time and operational risks. The funds will be used to develop a product prototype, expand the team and build industry partnerships.
