Singapore, Vietnam to cooperate on digital asset regulation

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Vietnam’s State Securities Commission (SSC) have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to collaborate on capital markets and digital asset regulation, according to MAS' official website. The agreement includes sharing regulatory frameworks, anti-money laundering expertise and supervisory practices. The exchange of the LOI was witnessed by Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and Vietnam’s General Secretary To Lam during an official visit.
