CZ denies reports of Binance-Trump deal talks

According to Bloomberg, the Trump family’s World Liberty previously discussed potential cooperation with Binance Exchange, including a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin, though the status of negotiations remains unclear. According to The Crypto Basic, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) refuted a Wall Street Journal report alleging discussions with Trump representatives for a business deal in exchange for a pardon. CZ called the claims misleading, stating he had no talks regarding a Binance.US deal and dismissed the report as part of a broader anti-crypto narrative.
