Walrus mainnet launch set for March 27, tokenomics revealed

Sui-based storage protocol Walrus announced on X its mainnet will go live on March 27 and unveiled its tokenomics. Over 60% of WAL tokens are allocated to community initiatives, including airdrops, grants and incentives. The project has also secured $140 million in funding, led by Standard Crypto, to advance its goal of making data programmable.
