Arizona House of Representatives to vote on two digital asset reserve bills
March 25, 2025, 2:12 AM
Arizona's House of Representatives is about to vote on two digital asset reserve bills, Cointelegraph reported. If passed, they would allow Arizona to create a strategic digital asset reserve with existing digital assets seized through criminal proceedings and digital assets purchased using public funds. Notably, both bills are likely to pass as the Arizona House of Representatives is heavily Republican. The only obstacle is Katie Hobbs, the Democratic governor of the state who vetoed over one in five bills introduced in the House in 2024.
