Metaplanet CEO advocates for Bitcoin, regards other assets as inferior

Speaking on the Coin Stories Podcast with host Natalie Brunell on YouTube, Simon Gerovich, CEO of the Japan-based Bitcoin investment firm Metaplanet, mentioned that he encourages his friends to put "100% of their net worth into Bitcoin." Although he acknowledged that this might be too extreme for some, he suggested that everyone should consider investing between 1% and 5% of their net worth in Bitcoin, implying that the remaining 95% would then be invested in what he considers to be inferior assets. In January, Metaplanet revealed plans to accumulate 10,000 Bitcoin by the end of 2025 and 21,000 Bitcoin by the end of 2026.
