NYDIG acquires Crusoe Energy’s Bitcoin mining operations

New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Bitcoin mining operations of Crusoe Energy Systems, a company specializing in flare gas-powered mining, according to PR Newswire. The acquisition will provide NYDIG with more than 270 megawatts (MW) of power generation technology, enabling near-zero direct electricity costs.
