Upbit operator's operating income reaches over $680M in 2024

Dunamu, the company behind South Korea’s Upbit cryptocurrency exchange, reported that its annual operating income exceeded one trillion won ($682 million) last year. According to the Financial Supervisory Service's Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), Dunamu's consolidated operating income for 2024 reached 1.186 trillion won, marking an 85% increase from the 640.9 billion won recorded in 2023. The company's net income for the year was 983.8 billion won, showing a 22.1% growth from the previous year.
