Bloomberg Analyst: End of October final deadline for Ethereum ETF staking approval

Bloomberg exchange-traded fund (ETF) analyst James Seyffart reported via X that the final deadline for the approval of the incorporation of staking within Ethereum (ETH) ETF products is the end of October, although there is a possibility that a decision will be made before that. In that instance, interim deadlines would fall in late May and late August. Earlier today the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved options trading on spot Ethereum ETFs.
