Nick Tomaino: Vitalik remains Ethereum’s strongest crypto-native leader

Nick Tomaino, founder of crypto venture capital firm 1confirmation, said that Ethereum's Vitalik Buterin is the best crypto-native leader in terms of neutrality, transparency and inclusion. In a post on X, Tomaino noted Buterin isn’t against capitalism but avoids chasing money or attention. He added the Ethereum Foundation has historically focused on developer infrastructure but now recognizes the need to engage more with investor and DeFi/NFT communities. Ethereum remains competitive, but its long-term success is still promising, he said.
