Dubai regulator bans entities from false promotion of DLD Real Estate Tokenisation Project

Joining forces with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) has warned against unauthorized marketing activities tied to the DLD Real Estate Tokenisation Project, according to an enforcement notice on the VARA's official website. Entities not approved by the DLD and VARA are not allowed to claim to engage in the pilot phase of the project. In addition, any unauthorized participants who engage in illegal virtual asset activities or violate relevant marketing regulations will face law enforcement measures like fines and market bans.
