Ondo Finance discusses tokenized securities framework with U.S. SEC

Ondo Finance met with the U.S. SEC’s Crypto Asset Working Group on April 24 to explore regulatory pathways for issuing tokenized securities. The discussion, joined by law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, covered compliance, registration, broker-dealer rules and market regulations.
