Galaxy plans Nasdaq listing on May 16, awaits shareholder approval

Galaxy CEO Mike Novogratz announced on X that the company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 16, pending shareholder approval of its reorganization at a vote scheduled for May 9. If approved, Galaxy will trade under the ticker GLXY while continuing to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange during the transition.
