U.K. solicits industry feedback on proposed crypto regulatory framework

The U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is soliciting industry feedback on a proposed regulatory framework for cryptoassets, CoinDesk reported. The proposal addresses areas including crypto intermediaries, staking, lending and decentralized finance (DeFi). If enacted, the legislation would place specific cryptoasset activities under FCA supervision.
