CME FedWatch: 97.3% odds of U.S. Fed holding rates in May

According to CME FedWatch data, traders are pricing in a 97.3% probability that the U.S. Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged at the May Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting. Meanwhile, only 2.7% of traders anticipate a 25-basis-point rate cut.
