American Bitcoin and Gryphon Digital sign merger agreement, plan for public listing

Bitcoin mining company American Bitcoin has signed a merger agreement with Gryphon Digital Mining and plans to go public, according to JinSe. American Bitcoin was founded by Eric Trump, son of U.S. President Donald Trump, in collaboration with Hut8.
