DeFiLlama founder: Class action lawsuit against Strategy lacks sufficient grounds

Bitcoin (BTC) investment firm Strategy and its executives are facing a class action lawsuit over alleged false statements related to their BTC strategy. However, 0xngmi, founder of data aggregator DeFiLlama, highlighted that while the plaintiffs claim Strategy failed to fully disclose the potential losses if BTC’s price dropped, it is clear that investing in a company openly described as “leveraged on bitcoin” inherently involves the risk of losses when BTC declines.
