Circle denies plans to sell company

USDC stablecoin issuer Circle has denied a Fortune report that it is considering selling the company. According to PYMNTS, Circle said that the company is not for sale and its long term goals remain the same as previously set out. Fortune previously reported, citing sources, that Circle had entered informal talks with Coinbase and Ripple to sell the company.
