SharpLink to raise $425M for Ethereum Treasury strategy

Nasdaq-listed online tech firm SharpLink Gaming (SBET) has launched a $425 million private placement to support its new Ethereum Treasury initiative, according to Unfolded on X. The offering is open to select investors and is scheduled to close on May 29. Consensys is reportedly among the participants.
