KAIST partners with World to run first AMPC node in Asia

Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) has formed a strategic partnership with World, the blockchain identity project formerly known as Worldcoin (WLD), founded by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, who led the development of ChatGPT. According to an exclusive report by Korea Economic Daily, under the agreement, KAIST will begin operating an anonymous multi-party computation (AMPC) node next month, becoming the first institution in Asia to run such a node.
