Solana Foundation signs MOU with Dubai’s VARA to boost crypto collaboration

Layer-1 blockchain Solana announced on X that the Solana Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) to promote close collaboration between crypto developers and regulators. The partnership will focus on talent development programs, data sharing, workshops, advisory sessions and support for establishing a Solana Economic Zone in Dubai.
