BitDeer plans to issue $330M in convertible notes

Singapore-headquartered Bitcoin cloud mining company BitDeer is planning to raise $330 million through its third convertible note issuance, The Block reported. The note will fall due in 2031 and carries a 4.875% annual interest rate. The money will be used to repay loans and expand mining data centers.
