Coinbase secures EU crypto license, shifts base to Luxembourg

Coinbase Exchange has obtained a Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) license from Luxembourg, making it the first U.S. crypto exchange to do so. According to CNBC, the company will shift its European hub from Ireland to Luxembourg, citing the country's favorable regulatory environment.
