AGM Group Holdings, which develops crypto mining hardware, has avoided being delisted from the Nasdaq after raising its stock price above the required $1 minimum, according to a press release on GlobeNewswire. The company had previously received a warning from Nasdaq for falling below the listing standard. On June 18, Nasdaq informed AGM that it had met the conditions to remain listed, including lifting its share price by the June 16 deadline. The company must continue to meet Nasdaq’s other requirements through at least Sept. 29 to maintain its listing.
