Bitcoin Treasury completes merger and eyes TSXV listing

Bitcoin Treasury Corporation has completed its previously announced amalgamation with 2680083 Alberta Ltd., with the merged entity continuing under the Bitcoin Treasury name and business, according to a press release on GlobeNewswire. The company has also submitted a listing application to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) to list its common shares, pending final approval. In conjunction with the transaction, Bitcoin Treasury raised approximately $120 million through a combination of equity and convertible debenture offerings.
